This class is open to all levels of practice. Our Foundations class sets the foundation for our Vinyasa Flow and is strongly recommended if you have never practiced yoga before, but it is also a wonderful way to relearn the basics if you have been practicing for a while. Expect to move at a slower pace and to learn how to safely get in and out of poses, to learn the names of yoga poses as well as basic vinyasa.
This is our 90 minute vinyasa flow for all levels of practice, for all yogis :) In addition, this class also has a second teacher assisting the practice and giving hands-on adjustments (which are, as always optional). You will have the opportunity in class at the beginning to anonymously opt out any time you are not interested in having hands on assists that class. Why do we assist? Typically, hands-on assists are to simply feel good. Other times we assist to correct alignment or to gently assist a yogi to get deeper into a pose. So, if we come to you, don't think you are doing anything wrong!
In need of a wind down?
Come relax and restore your mind, body and spirit through a slow moving series of restorative postures. Jill, our resident reiki master, will offer reiki to those you would like it at the end of class, reiki can also be delivered to those joining us online.

This class is open to all levels of practice. YinVin is a fusion of Yin and Vinyasa. Yin is a practice in which poses are actively held longer than a traditional vinyasa class. This class is not a restorative practice, rather it is a blend of moving the body to get warmed up and then the second half of class is spent at a slower pace, holding poses.

Candelight Vinyasa is a blend of slower-moving asana (physical poses) and relaxation in a candlelit room. Class begins by guiding students gently into postures and breathing at a slower pace, using props as needed to stretch, strengthen and balance. The second half eases the body into a calming release through restorative poses using props and breath; inviting the mind to grow quiet as you move towards a state of equilibrium. The focus is on easeful movement, breath and reducing stress.

In this workshop, you will create an intention setting & meditative practice that imprints/programs water with our love, intention and the attention of our personal optimal health blueprint. We will learn how to cultivate & use the water in our daily care practices and “make/brew/cultivate” future batches for prolonged optimal physical & spiritual health.
Provided: Initial imprinted “mother” water
Please bring: a glass jar filled w/ filtered, purified or spring water. (A ball jar (quart) or growler jug - about 32oz glass container with lid)
We will briefly discuss the nature of water within and without our bodies and the newest discoveries and mystery behind the origins of water on this planet. In addition we will note the science & nature behind structured water, hydrogen water and it’s ability to be imprinted upon via the teaching and research of three experts - Dr. Masaru Emoto and Water Consciousness, Veda Austin a New Zealand water researcher, author, and artist and Isabel Friend, Water is Life Educator, President of The American Water Trust.
